Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Return Conditions: Products must be in new, unused condition with no damage to qualify for return or exchange. The product must not affect our ability to resell it to other customers. Please try on shoes using shoe paper to ensure the product remains in pristine condition. You may try on products before returning them, provided that the product remains in a condition that does not affect our ability to resell it to other customers. Any signs of wear, damage, or use that would prevent resale will disqualify the return. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at hello@slemonactive.com
  2. Send a detailed explanation of your situation and reason for return
  3. We will respond with a return label (sticker) via email
  4. Print the return label and include it with your return shipment
  5. Ship the product back using the provided return label

Return Shipping Address: The correct return address (either our US warehouse or nearest logistics center) will be provided in our email response after you submit your return request. Processing Time: We will process your return request within 7-15 business days after receiving your application. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7-15 business days. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Defective products (quality issues): A prepaid return label is provided at no additional cost to you.
  • Non-defective products (no-reason returns): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to pay for the return shipping yourself.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Damaged Products Due to Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, you may return it for a full refund or replacement at no cost. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage at hello@slemonactive.com. We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged items.
