Refund Policy

30-DAY RETURN POLICY We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn or unused, clean and free from odors.

  • With all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging and suitable for resale.

  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO START A RETURN To start a return, please contact us first at hello@slemonactive.com. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the specific return address of our nearest regional logistics center (e.g., in North America, Mainland China, or Hong Kong) based on your location.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Quality Issues or Defective Items: If the return is due to a product defect, damage upon receipt, or we sent the wrong item, SLÉMON will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the fees.

  • Personal Reasons (Change of Mind/Incorrect Size): For returns due to personal preference, the Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES We accept exchanges for different sizes or styles within 30 days of delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (such as socks or specific accessories for hygiene reasons). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you haven't received it, please contact us at hello@slemonactive.com.
