SHIPPING TIME & PROCESSING
In-stock items ship as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). All products ship as soon as they are available. Orders continue to be fulfilled on a first-come first-served basis, pending product availability and valid payment. If something isn't in-stock at the time you place your order, we will provide an estimated in-stock date and ship your products when they become available with no additional shipping charge. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

SHIPPING METHODS & PRICING
We ship your orders through UPS. All shipping times are the same regardless of destination. We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping (Ground):
- Asia: $10 USD
- All other regions: $15 USD
- Estimated delivery: 8-10 business days
Express Shipping (Expedited):
- All regions: $25 USD
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days
For expedited shipping methods, you must allow one business day for us to fulfill your order before the transit time begins.
FREE SHIPPING POLICY
Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD. This offer applies to all countries and regions we ship to. The free shipping threshold is calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and fees.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of SLEMON. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. We handle all customs clearance and associated costs on your behalf.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery. Return Conditions: Products must be in new, unused condition with no damage to qualify for return or exchange. The product must not affect our ability to resell it to other customers. Please try on shoes using shoe paper to ensure the product remains in pristine condition. You may try on products before returning them, provided that the product remains in a condition that does not affect our ability to resell it to other customers. Any signs of wear, damage, or use that would prevent resale will disqualify the return. Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Send a detailed explanation of your situation and reason for return
- We will respond with a return label (sticker) via email
- Print the return label and include it with your return shipment
- Ship the product back using the provided return label
Return Shipping Address: The correct return address (either our US warehouse or nearest logistics center) will be provided in our email response after you submit your return request. Processing Time: We will process your return request within 7-15 business days after receiving your application. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7-15 business days. Return Shipping Costs:
- Defective products (quality issues): A prepaid return label is provided at no additional cost to you.
- Non-defective products (no-reason returns): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will need to pay for the return shipping yourself.
No Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Damaged Products Due to Shipping: If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or handling, you may return it for a full refund or replacement at no cost.
