SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP FROM

All SLÉMON products are crafted in-house and dispatched directly from our own production and fulfillment facility. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our SLÉMON Manufacturing & Fulfillment Center, located in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China, where every product is designed, crafted, and quality-checked before dispatch.

SHIPPING TIME & PROCESSING

In-stock items ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, subject to product availability and successful payment. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will contact you with the expected restock date; you may choose to wait for fulfillment or cancel for a full refund.

SHIPPING METHODS & PRICING

We ship your orders via trusted carriers (including UPS) to the following regions: United States, Canada, and Mexico. All shipping options include tracking number. Total delivery time is the processing time above plus the delivery time (after dispatch) shown below.

  • Standard Shipping (9-15 Business Days):

    • Cost: $8.00 USD

    • Delivery time (after dispatch): 9-15 business days

  • Express Shipping (8-10 Business Days):

    • Cost: $25.00 USD

    • Delivery time (after dispatch): 8-10 business days

  • Priority Shipping (5-8 Business Days):

    • Cost: $35.00 USD

    • Delivery time (after dispatch): 5-8 business days

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 USD. This offer applies to United States, Canada, and Mexico. The threshold is calculated based on your order subtotal before taxes and fees.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For shipments to United States, Canada, and Mexico, all customs duties and import fees are fully covered by SLÉMON. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. If you are asked to pay any fees by customs, please contact our support team immediately.
